This expansive box, reminiscent of a budding plant's leaves reaching for the sun, is made of aromatic cedar (lacking the aroma, unfortunately, due to the fine lacquer finish), with a center stripe of Peruvian Walnut surrounding by Baltic Birch plys. It has handles made of maple. It measures 12" wide by 5 inches high and it 3.75"deed.
