Refund policy

The Blue Moose Gallery wants to make your experience a wonderful one and make sure you are happy with your new art!

If you buy an item in our Fort Collins store, you may return it within seven days for in-store credit or replacement.

If you buy an item online for delivery, and if the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact us within three days of delivery and send along photos of the damage (for insurance claims). You may choose a new piece, or we can issue you a refund for the damaged item.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your artwork when it arrives, contact us immediately (contact information below), and let us know that you want to return the art within 14 business days of its arrival. You must repackage the art in exactly the same fashion as it was when it arrived to you (you should reuse the packaging). Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Once we have received and confirmed the artwork is undamaged, we can proceed with a refund (less original shipping fees), or you can choose a new piece (of equal or lesser value).

With all communications to us, please include the 4-digit order number, which was included in our order confirmation email.
