Release: Some classes offered by the Blue Moose Art Gallery involve working with tools and materials that can cause injury. By enrolling for a class, you acknowledge and accept this risk of injury and release the Blue Moose Art Gallery and the instructor(s) of the class from all liability for any injury that occurs during the class.
Blue Moose Art Gallery Class Cancellation Policy
Up until 48 hours prior to the start of your class, you can cancel for a full refund or gallery credit.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we are sorry you're unable to attend. Our no-refund policy for cancellations within 48 hours helps us cover the costs of reserving your spot, preparing for the class, and paying our instructors, since it's often too late to fill the vacancy. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for supporting our small business.
To cancel a class, please refer to your booking confirmation email. At the bottom, you’ll see a link to click to cancel. The link will not work if you cancel within 48hrs before class. If you need assistance, please email bluemooseclasses@gmail.com or call the gallery at 970-825-5704
MORE THAN 2 DAYS PRIOR: If you cancel, you will receive a full credit of your class fee. You will have a choice, return to your credit card or receive an email with a code to use for future classes or gallery merchandise.
Cancelling less than 48 hours or NO SHOW: You will forfeit your class fee.
NOTE: If the minimum number of students is not met within 2 days prior to class, the instructor or gallery reserves the right to cancel the class. Students will be notified by phone and given full class credit. These students will be contacted first if the class is rescheduled.
