This cover is an eco-dye using leaves and flowers to dye the paper. I took a photo years ago at the butterfly pavilion of a butterfly on the window. This reminded me of that window.
These books are small and convenient to carry. Write your thoughts, sketch, or use as a start of a junk journal. These delightful books are a great gift idea. Both their handmade and intentional imperfections add to their beauty.
4x6 inch handmade journal/book.
Filled with 100 pages (counting front and back). 80 white 90# drawing paper mixed with 20 pages of uniquely dyed papers. Each dyed page is a piece of art on its own.
Coptic binding allows the book to lay flat.
* Colors used in the dyeing process are water-based and are not set/permanent. Appearance can change or colors run if they get wet so proceed carefully.
