As a Colorado landscape artist, I'm attracted to local beauty. This piece was created after gazing through the kitchen window of a cabin in Estes Park. I was struck by the contrast of the snow on the trees and the light just starting to appear at the top of the mountain but not yet reaching the lower valley.
