While learning the basics, create 4 unique Valentine themed tile coasters using epoxy resin. Cheryl, an experienced resin artist, will provide helpful information and guide you in designing your coasters using resin with two different colorants. Add some sparkly embellishments if desired. You will receive hints and methods to successfully manipulate this medium that flows-sometimes with a mind of its own. It is important to just enjoy the process and have fun with it!
Coasters will need to remain in the gallery overnight to dry and begin curing.
Low toxicity and minimal odor resin product is used in this class. Wear painting appropriate clothing. You will be provided with nitrile gloves, and a thin plastic apron. Simple face masks will be available for use if you choose to wear one. Ages 13 and up.
