Did you set your summer reading goals? Do your kids need some fun new titles to explore? Is your book club looking for new reading selections?
If so, join author Teresa R. Funke and acclaimed fiber artist Bethany Economos for a mid-summer book swap at Blue Moose Art Gallery! Bring any books you'd love to pass on and take as many as you'd like. Books in any category are welcome. We'll take them all.
Bethany will be showing how she uses pages from books in her beautiful art pieces, and she'll get first dibs on the leftovers. So one of your books might become a piece of art!
Teresa will collect all remaining books to help fund the large Little Free Library she donated at Poudre Valley Mobile Home Park and will donate the rest to Friends of the Library for their annual sale.
Special Request: If you have any bilingual or Spanish language children's books (picture books, board books, early readers, chapter books, or middle-grade novels/nonfiction books) please bring those.
If you know any teachers who've recently retired or need to cull their classroom selections, please ask them to bring their books by the swap!
