Motherhood is one of the most transformative experiences women can experience. Come together to reflect on the challenges, joys, what we lose, and what we gain along the way.
This facilitated workshop is designed for mothers at all stages and will include facilitated connection, time to free write, and will end with poetry to honor your own journey or you can create a gift to give to a mother figure in your life.
*please bring a favorite journal in which to write, if you choose. Come with an open mind and heart and a willingness to share with others.
