This 8 x 10 inch acrylic painting, which is framed to 11 1/2 x 13 1/2 inches, is of a rock formation in Lory State Park, Colorado, called a Hogback. It's a long, narrow ridge with steep sides that are formed when different rock layers tilt and erode at different speeds. This painting will be part of a series of signs in an upcoming all-accessible trail in Lory planned to be built later in 2025.
