This is an original pastel painting. I created it after a lovely brisk walk in the Hidden Valley area of Rocky Mountain National Park. It was springtime in the high country with snow remaining on the ground but the stream flow awaiting even more melting. What a wonderful time of year. I hope I can pass on a bit of the calm I fell when in natural setting like these. Enjoy
