Blue Moose Art Gallery Class Cancellation Policy
The following Blue Moose Art Gallery Class Cancellation Policy reasonably accommodates our valuable customers and is respectful of our instructors’ time and effort they put into their classes.
Up until 48 hours prior to the start of your class, you can cancel for a full refund or gallery credit.
This policy for cancellations within 48 hours helps us cover the costs incurred with reserving your spot, preparing for the class, and paying our instructors, because it's often too late to fill the vacancy. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for supporting our small business.
To cancel a class, please refer to your booking confirmation email. At the bottom, you’ll see a link to click to cancel. The link will not work if you cancel within 48 hours before class. If you need assistance, please email bluemooseclasses@gmail.com or call the gallery at 970-825-5704
MORE THAN 2 DAYS PRIOR: If you cancel, you will receive a full credit of your class fee. You will have a choice, return to your credit card or receive an email with a code to use for future classes or gallery merchandise.
NOTE: If the minimum number of students is not met within 2 days prior to class, the instructor or gallery reserves the right to cancel the class. Students will be notified by phone and given full class credit. These students will be contacted first if the class is rescheduled.
