The following Class Cancellation Policy reasonably accommodates our valuable customers and is respectful of our instructors’ time and effort they put into their classes.

To cancel a class, please refer to your booking confirmation email. At the bottom, you’ll see a link to click to cancel. The link will not work if you cancel within 24 hrs before class. If you need assistance, please call the gallery at 970-825-5704

MORE THAN 2 DAYS PRIOR: If you cancel, you will receive a full credit of your class fee. You will receive an email with a code to use for future classes or gallery merchandise for up to 1 year.

24-48 HOURS PRIOR: If you cancel, you will receive 50% credit of your class fee. You will receive an email with a code to use for future classes or gallery merchandise for up to 1 year.

LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR: If you cancel, you will forfeit your class fee.

NO SHOW: You will forfeit your class fee.

NOTE: If the minimum number of students is not met within 2 days prior to class, the instructor or gallery reserves the right to cancel the class. Students will be notified by phone and given full class credit. These students will be contracted first if the class is rescheduled.
