Kamran has been wood turning for many years and has shown his work in several galleries. He most often uses fallen trees to turn bowls, and he often uses color to bring out the wood’s natural grain pattern. In the past few years, Kamran has branched out to glass fusing and glass vitrigraph art. At times he combines wood and glass into a single object. His work in glass includes a variety of flowers, artistic bowls and plates, and landscape scenes.
