1. Submit your art information online
Submit a form for each piece of art you wish to sell at the Blue Moose Art Gallery. To complete the form, you will need:
1. a description of the art including a title and an inventory number (if you have one)
2. the price of the art
3. the size of the art
4. the number of pieces available,
5. when you will bring the art into the Gallery
6. a photo (or photos) of the art (note only pieces with photos will appear on the website)
2. Submit information for Print-On-Demand online
Submit a form for each print you want to sell on the Blue Moose Website
3. WEBSITE EXCLUSIVES
Artists may add additional pieces to the website, which are not in the Gallery. On the art submission Jotform, a new type of submission has been added, called Website Exclusive. All website exclusive products must have a photo. All website exclusive products will be available to purchase on our website. Within 48 hours of an online sale, artists agree to deliver the exclusive online piece to the Gallery for delivery or pickup. ·If website exclusive products are brought into the gallery, artist will notify Gallery to add the product to the Gallery Sales Channel. ·If a Gallery product is removed, but the artist wants the product to remain on the website, a JotForm submission for Removing Art will be submitted by the artist (with this option taken: “I am removing the piece from the Gallery but would like it to remain available on the website (I agree to return the piece to the Gallery within 48 hours of an online sale).” The Blue Moose Gallery website will include a section just for Website Exclusive art, and the artist’s exclusive online work will be on the artist page.
Here is what to do if you want to add an online exclusive piece:
Go to https://form.jotform.com/23194927074315
For Action, choose “Add New Art Piece.”
For Type of Submission, choose “Website Exclusive.”
Finish the submission, and remember to add a photo. The Gallery cannot display website exclusive art without a photo.
