Brushes & Blades: Paint the Aspens - Aspens in Cool Contrast is an engaging acrylic painting class where you’ll build a striking 11 x 14“ aspen landscape using brushes and pallet knives. The focus is on confident strokes, bold texture, and cool, contemporary color, featuring three expressive aspen trees in the foreground with high – contrast, palette – knife, work set against layered skies of light blue, aqua, and turquoise, distant mountains, and a loose, impressionistic forest in deep greens and soft grays.

Returning Brushes & Blades painters will love the familiar techniques paired with a fresh color, palette and modern vibe, while beginners are fully supported.

All supplies are provided – just come ready to paint, explore texture, and create a piece, you’ll be proud to take home!

All supplies provided. No prior experience required.  Ages 10 through adult.
