The piece has no quality mark, so I can’t be certain of the type of metal. It is not magnetic, therefore not steel. After the processes of soldering and polishing, there is no sign of any color...so I don’t think it is silver plated brass or copper. My best guess is that it is silver plate on nickle. The band is sterling silver.
