With over 20 years of experience in sewing, Maryetta began her journey creating handmade bags as gifts, initially working only with cotton and lighter materials on a small domestic machine. In 2006, she co-founded two art galleries in Maryland, showcasing the work of over 30 talented artists while continuing to craft gold and silver jewelry. This venture also allowed her to share her skills through public classes. In 2019, she and her husband  relocated to Fort Collins to be closer to their son and his family. As rising costs posed challenges for their jewelry business, ,she returned to her first love—bag making. They sold their jewelry business and invested in two industrial sewing machines, launching her handbag line in Colorado. Drawing on her artistic background, she creates one-of-a-kind handbags that feature a blend of quality materials, including leather, canvas, vinyl, cork, and cotton. Whether you’re looking for a stylish tote, chic phone case, elegant clutch for a special occasion, trendy crossbody bag, or a durable backpack, her collection has something unique for everyone.
